Lead Samsung Experience Consultant

Join 2020 Companies , an outsourced sales and marketing company, to represent Samsung Electronics America (SEA) as a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy.

Overview

Drive consumer sales of Samsung devicesphones, tablets, wearableswithin a high-traffic Best Buy retail store. Provide first-rate customer service, build strong relationships with store associates and leadership, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult conversationally to sell Samsung mobile products and services.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend fitting Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for Best Buy staff and repeat customers.
• Partner with Best Buy staff to achieve key initiatives and store goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Deliver excellent customer and client service to customers and store employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Reset displays upon request and during new product launches.
• Report daily on sales performance and retail insights.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem?solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high?demand retail holidays.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
